Parents visitor visa

Hi,

I am applying for my parents visitor visa. I have one urgent question regarding that.

I am sending the original sponsor letter, bank statements, etc for the application and I can send only one copy (original) of these documents.
Now, visa office gives seperate appointments for all applicants. If they are given seperate appointments and my parents have to submit their forms seperately, how are they going to show those documents for which only one copy (original) is there?

People applying together (e.g. - couple, parents, family) are given a single appointment (even though individual application forms are to be submitted).

Mention the fact that parents are applying at the same time when emailing / calling to schedule an appointment.
