Where do you submit AR request form?

I am applying for AR. Where do I submit this form? Can I post it to an address or should I submit personally for a better chance? I applied for Tier 1 in New Delhi through VFS.

I am the main applicant, but my 2 dependents application also got rejected? Do I need to only submit 1 AR form for my case or for my dependents case too? What other things need to be submitted? Passports?

1. UKBA office at BHC Delhi.
2. Only AR form, for self.
3. Dependent application refusals are not subject to AR, as already told to you earlier.

Should I courier it or apply in person? Where can I find the complete address if I courier it?
