BHC have not returned original docs - How to appeal ?

My spouse got the Tier 1 dependent visa but the BHC have not returned any one of the single document we submitted !!

Who and how should we appeal and request our documents back ??

Who and how should we appeal and request our documents back ??

Only a refusal can be appealed, not the fact that original documents have not been returned.

Write / email / call local BHC informing them of the fact and requesting return of documents at the earliest. If not known, get BHC contact details from local VAC.
