Dependant maintenance funds (Inside UK)

I have been in the UK for 2.5 years as HSMP now Tier 1 with my wife as my dependent. We recently had a baby in August. My question is when applying for Tier 1 Dependent for our child do we need to show maintenance funds for just the child (£533) or all of us (£800+£533+£533)? Both our visa's is valid until 2013 as we applied for our extensions in December 2009. I will therefore only apply for my son.

I called the UKBA help line (0870-606-7766) and was told that I only needed to show funds for the child (£533) since the application is for the child only.
Can anyone verify this

You need to show 1866 for 90 consecutive days.
