Dependent Visa requirements when applying with Tier -1(EC)

Hi

I am applying for Tier 1 along with my dependents from Pakistan. I have 2 dependents

1) wife
2) one week old newely born child.


The fee is 750+750+750 ......Right????

I have to show 2800+1600+1600 in my account for last 3 months ?Am I Right?



What evidences I have to present for my dependents?

I have seen postings on this forum stating phone bills,chat,marriage photos etc


Kindly advice me should I have to present all these things to proof my relationship or just marriage certificate attested form foreign office is ok?
And what additional documents are required for my dependents other than
cover letter,sponsorship letter,marriage certificate,dependents passport (child and wife),marriage photos

Consider applying for self first, and upon approval apply for dependants.
