You won't need a COA - your fiancee visa is effectively permission to marry already. You will have to follow appropriate procedure for the registrar though (which I can't testify to as I used the CoE).Does my fiancee need to give notice to Marriage registrar or Just have to apply for COA
You could use a same day appointment for a premium in order to get around that. Also how much time will it take to get spouse visa after we get married as i need to leave the country for my business commitment ?
Business travel is acceptable - but you have to show that you're in a subsisting marriage. Being out of the country the vast majority of the time might well count against you. But - going for citizenship has specific time out of country requirements and you should read up on this.As my business commitment needs travels does in future applying for ILR do I have to be in UK far all 24 months straight ?
From home country, you may apply for a settlement visa using VAF4 form.firozibrahim wrote:Then i will go back to my home country for FLR(M).

As I have business and started a new one (IT enable Services) I need to travel so I called up VFS in Bombay for exact processing time they told me it will take five working day for fiancee vis for which i was ok. But when i went they told me i have to give notice and will take 10 working weeks I had arrange all venue the ceremony and everything here and paid up all. 10 weeks were way out of my marriage date so I ask the staff told him the situation they told me apply for marriage visit so I applied for the same. They granted me the visa for six months "Marriage / CP Visit"Casa wrote:Why haven't you applied for Fiancee visa? Marriage visit is for those who don't intend to settle in the UK after the marriage.
Thanks A Lots i was hoping that I will be flying out soon as soon as I can get my ticket confirmCasa wrote:You have to return to India to apply from there and pay the fee for a Spouse/CP 27th month settlement visa. Form VAF4a.
Fiance would have enabled you to apply for FLR(M) from within the UK after the wedding. If you submit your application after the 29th of this month you will also have to comply with the pre-entry English test requirement before applying for your visa.
