Company Director Earning

Hello,

I need to extend my Tier 1 visa about Feb 2011. I am company director and sharehoder and I have payslips and bank statments as my earning paid by company.

To proof the earning, I have some questions as below and would be grateful if someone could help:

As employee of the company I dont know if I am self-employed or employed for purpose of Tier 1 earnign approval? or I am somewhere between?

I have my payslips and payments to my personal account available for application. Is only a letter from account enough for my application or other documents are needed. What the letter from accountant should show? or what other documents I need?

My accountant is charted accountant in england and wales (http://www.icaew.com/index.cfm/route/15 ... _and_Wales), is this adequate?
