Dear Friends ,

On January end I have applied for HSMP , after 20 days I ahve recvd one letter from them with file no , then in the next week I got a query letter that they need my past experience certificate from my previous company , but again on the next week then sent me a letter & saying that unfortunately my file has been refused due to my past experience in not UK standered . so they manage to give me only 50 Points , education & salary.25 +25

then I was sent a request letter to reveiw my file with new information ,like my past desertation book in MBA, wife digreecertificate & new employer letter .buy they replied me that to reapply with fresh application as my file contain new information .

In that case I would like to request all of you pls advise shell I apply again through any solicitor or selp ...& what is the possibilities of getting HSMP visa. although still I am holding strudent visa of UK

Seems like you managed to miss out on a lot of information during your first attempt at application. There is nothing really complex about the application preparation you just have to be sure that the way you compile the information, even a lay man would understand what you are trying to explain. You have to assume that the case worker is an average individual and really does not have time to dig for information from your application pack. So what is right there in front of him/her at first glance is what he/she will consider.

My advise is create a covering letter for each section explaining what points you are claiming and how. Put any explainations you want to make as part of the covering letter. It should work fine.

THANKS TO HAVING YOUR ADVISE , PLS NOTE MY POITS ARE GIVEN BELLOW WHICH WAS SENT FROM HOME OFFICE :

EDUCATION : 25,

SALARY : 25

EXPERIENCE OF JOB : 0 ( FIRST TIME IT WAS CONSIDERED BUT AFTER THAT THEY SENT A LETTER TO SEND THEM PAST XEPERIENCE VERTIFICARE, UNFORTUNATELY AFTER THAT I HAS BEEN REFUSED TO 2 LAST 2 YRS EXP WAS NOT UK STANDERED .

SPOUSE : 0 ( THOUGH SHE HAS DONE BBA FROM BANGLADESH BUT IT WAS ALSO NOT AS PER UK STANDERD.


ANYWAY , I TRIED TO MANAGED STRONG DOCUMENTS FROM PREVIOUS OFFICE , & WOULD LIKE TO SUBMIT WITH FRESH APPLICATION.
