My wife’s application for entry clearance was initially refused, but this decision has now been overturned on review. As a result my wife was sent a letter asking her to attend at the ‘Gerrys’ office islamabad and provide her passport so that she can be issued with the visa. However, this letter did not reach my wife, as the postman was unable to locate the address. My wife was then contacted by telephone and asked to present at the ‘Gerrys’ office with her passport. My wife did so, but was told at the office that she must bring a copy of the letter with her. Clearly, my wife does not have a copy of the letter, as it never reached her, given that the postman was unable to locate her address.
what shall i do now. how can i get the letter?
