ILR for HSMP JR dependent

I got HSMP in Jun 2006 about to apply for ILR in Jun 2011, My wife got Tier 1 Dependant visa in Mar 2010.

Spoke to lawyer and she say my wife can apply for ILR with me.
Just want to know if 2 years is not applicable for ILR is it for
HSMP approved before APR 2006 or for HSMP approved before Nov 2006.
