Pls help me with college Topups on PGD to get Masters

In my MBA course I've a failed in a subject twice becoz of which i can't get my Masters degree. So I need some guidance about the colleges which offer Topups. I live in London , so colleges in and around London will suit me.

Joining the Topup college will help me to get visa extended, complete my pending subject and get my Masters degree. Pls help!!
