HOLDER OF TOURIST VISA BEING ADDED AS DEPENDANT FOR TIER 1

My wife just got her UK tourist visa renewed for an extended period of 2 years and i intend to add her as my Dependant in my Tier 1 Gneral Visa application now.
1)What is the implication for her and what is her chance of success considering that she is holding a current valid visa yet unutilised(she hasnt used the 2-yr visa yet)?

KINDLY ADVISE AS I FIND RESPONSES ON THIS SITE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND ENLIGHTENING TOO

The fact that you wife holds a visitor visa has no relevance with regards to leave to enter / remain application as a dependant of a PBS migrant.

It is not possible to hold more than one visa or entry clearance. So if dependent visa is granted, the visitor visa will become invalid.
