Discrepancy on appeal determination pls help!!!

Post by taz786 » Sat Nov 13, 2010 4:37 pm

hi guys,

i need some help and advice. To cut a long story short, my brother sent off his wifes visa case for settlement in the uk in aug 2009, the case was however rejected, but we appealled in london and were sucessful, and the BHC in islamabad sent my sis in law her call letter and she submitted her passport on 24/5/2010 and since then have heard nothing.

i have emialed them bout 100 times no response just the odd automated email, and also got my mp involved and after replying back to my mp i got a letter today saying:

THE ECM at our visa section in the uk which deals with settlement cases noted that there was a discrepancy on the appeal determination by the immigration judge at the first tier tribunal.
Our visa section is currently seeking clarification from the I.judge at the tribunal, as soon as the FTT have responded and the discrepancy resolved our visa section wil conclude ur wifes case.

what i wanted to know the judge cant say no now can he?
also why have they not responded to my emails but have to the mp as they could have told me earlier seeing as 6 months have past and they aint said a word.

guys what do i do in this situation?

can any one help?

thanks

What exactly does the new decision letter say? Or the new determination?
