NARIC----any refund with no comparibility given?

i have been given no comparibility for my PGD , is there any refund....of my 40 or 47 pounds....?
anyone got refund... as one of naric guy told me on phone if we dont do comparibility then we dont deduct amount...... but i didn't ask them when my statement was negative....
please let me know if anybody has got refund.....

They did the work, they get paid. "We don't do compariblity" vs "We did comparibility and found none" are two VERY different things. With the first one, no work is involved and with the second actual work is involved to do the check. I doubt you'll get a refund. Unless I'm misunderstanding and NARIC didn't do anything.
