Post by ziaulhaque2010 » Wed Nov 17, 2010 12:33 pm

hi,
I need some info on how to apply for uk tier 1 visa. kindly refer my below details.

Age: 30yrs.

Profession: Currently running my own Software Development company in India from 2008 & I'm the directory of it with 90% share holding & 2nd director is my brother with 10% holding, before that i was running firm - proprietorship in same field from 2002 to 2008.

MY IT return details - I have paid IT returns of Rs.10 lac+ in 2007, Rs.19 lac in 2008 and Rs.45 lac in 2009.

My company turn over is quite good.

MY Graduation is done in English Medium from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health and Sciences, Karnataka. I did B pharmacy. (However running software development company)

In Nov. 2010 i visited UK on visitor visa. My brother works in uk, he is on work permit visa.

MY plan-
I want to visit uk, for business purpose, i mean i want to establish my business there, where in i can start my company and do all type of transactions. Currently there won't be any dependent on me. I m un married.

Now as i m the director of the company, how it will help me to get tier 1 visa with above details.
Someone told me that you have to show your income proof for tier 1, but as i m the directory of the company with 90% holding, do i have to show any income proof, or we can submit like all earnings in company as my income.

So could any of the experts guide me in this regard and how to apply for the same.
