Rejected visa -Good idea to use Named OISC advisors or not?

Post by Rachna Shah » Wed Oct 20, 2010 8:29 pm

I am dealing with a rejected Tier 1 application on the basis of a missing logo in the bank statement submitted as maintenance proof. I need to know if it is a good idea to have the AR response drafted by a private consulting organization. I was hoping to use Named OISC advisors for this. Does anyone have any experience using this organization to handle rejections?

If you are able to present your case with clarity then I dont think you need any professional help.

Hi Rachna,

I've been following your rejection posts with disappointment and have also suffered from a refusal. My refusal is based on previous earnings not being supported "sufficiently" although in my opinion I've provided sufficien documents. It's all a mess and complete waste of time and money. I would suggest that you:

Apply for AR but don't hope for a miracle.

Instead, apply again. Just for your self this time to save money and I'm sure you'll see positive results sooner.

I wish I had applied again as soon as I got my refusal but I couldn't due to a immediate visit requirement and I've just noticed that I haven't maintained sufficient amount for maintenance funds (90 days) so will have to wait 3 more months.

In my opinion......apply again immediately and then forget about the application, take a break, vacation and enjoy Diwali and before you know it, you'll have the visa in your hands. Don't wast time on preparing, posting, waiting for AR.....

Hi Rachna,

Just checking up on you. How are things and what have you done?

Things have turned positive for me and I had applied for AR which came thru for me. I have sent my passport for the visa stamp and will apply for my wife and kids next.

How are you doing and what did you finally do?
