What documentation did you use for "Previous Earnings&q

Post by MattDell » Fri Nov 19, 2010 2:32 am

I'm having trouble deciding what I can use for supporting documentation for my previous earnings. I am salaried at around $80,000 USD, but I don't get any physical payslips, vouchers, etc. I just get direct deposit into my bank account.

Looking at the form (Appendix 1, Section 4.8 ) the only box I see that I can get documentation for is a letter from my employer confirming that I have received the exact amount I am claiming (the 3rd box).

I could look at scouring up some bank statements, but the income will be significantly lower since the deposits are post-tax income.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? What did you use for your application?

Thanks!
-Matt

You employer letter must state gross and net earnings.

I have found an internal site with my company where I can view and print my payslips. The form, however, says that "All documents must be original."

Would these count as original documents?
