Tier 1 visa rejected - 320(7a)

Hi,
My HSMP visa rejected due to false educational documents under 320(7a)..
There was an Administrative review done and that to got refused on same section 320(7a)...

I want to apply for dependent visa..my partner is on HSMP visa in UK..
Is there any chance for the visa grant..

They mentioned that further applications will automatically refuse under 320(7B)-which is 10yrs ban to UK...

anyone please advise wht the next process to do

Please provide more information on the case. Did you falsify any documents?
