Hi folks,

Today, i read a news from uk visa site http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... t-partners. Is this applicable to Tier 1 General dependents as well?

Please let me know..

It's only for partners of person's settled or who already has citizenship.

Tier 1 visa holder does not fall into either category.
