Hi All & Guru,

I am posting it again as i cudn't have any reply.

I am pretty confused which application form should i use for the Tier 1(G)dependent-visa for my new borne baby as i am following this link:

But on the application form it its written" FOR DEPENDENTS OF TIER2 AND TIER 4 MIGRANTS, THIS IS ALSO AN APPLICATION FOR A BIOMETRIC IMMIGRATION DOCUMENT" which is making me confused like it is saying that this application form is only for Tier2 & 4 dependents.
I NEED TO APPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PLZ, SO GUIDE PLZ
please guide.

Looking from the form http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco ... ation1.pdf itself you can see that it's heading is saying Tier 2 and Tier 4, but within the form it also mention Tier 1, Page 3.

You can call Home office and seek help from them or you can apply online
