HSMP+Tier 1, What now?????????

Post by sonub4ualt » Tue Nov 23, 2010 9:06 pm

Hi,

I have gone through all the posts, but was very confused about this.

HSMP approval letter Nov'07
Entry clearance May'08.
Due to personal issues, first arrival Sep'08.
1st Extension Tier 1 valid until May'13.

If I have to go for second extension, do I have to show my earnings again, or is there a separate form such as FLR(as there is a gap of almost 4 months for continuous 5 years residency), if I have to show the earnings, do i need to consider the earnings band based on HSMP rules in place i.e. Nov'07 or in place when during my extension i.e. May'10. Most importantly, can I claim points again for UK experience (5 points)

Please help me on this!

You will have to complete the gap of 4 months by applying again, but its still nearly 3 years away and rules may change by then , who knows !
Best regards
