Tier 1 (General) extension application

HI

I am also going to apply for Tier 1 extension...Please someone tell me what suporting evidence i have to submit in order to apply for the extension of Tier1 (General).

Thanks...The thing is me and my friend apply for Tier 1 visa together and we both got it. But he received a letter from Home Office as well stating granting of Tier 1 visa and i do not received any letter just visa on my passport and original documents. So could you please advice me do i need that letter in order to apply for extension.
