EC inquiry

dear all
i need your help and pls help me.
i've got to fill in EC application form and there are a couple of questions that made me feel confused
in the following section what i need to say
1) how long are going to stay in the UK
do i have to say 2 years or Officer knows that HSMP applicants visas whould be issued for 2 years.
2) are you going to work? yes but then it says work address? what should i have to write there, as HSMP applicants look for work upon the arrival in the UK
3)if you are work permit holder fill in your work permit ref number? do i have to fill in the ref number wrotten on my hsmp approval letter?

I would appreciate if you could help me

well write initially 1 year caz thts the initial time period 4 hsmp

one more thing u have hsmp not work permit and u will be treated as migrant so there is no need 2 fill the wp no.

but it has been changed now. initial 2 plus 3 years? does not it concern me?
