Intending to apply for Tier 1 General (out of country)?

I see that there are still many people waiting to apply for Tier 1 (General) initial for whatever reason. Out of interest I would like to see how many people on here are waiting to apply and haven't yet.

I am in exactly that position - I am waiting for my savings to clear 90 days, so I can only apply in the latter part of December. It's seriously been three months of absolute pain to sit and wait, but in the meantime I have educated myself on many aspects of immigration law!!
