Single person council tax benefit

If I have availed single person council tax benefit in the past (during mu Tier1 tenure), how it will have an effect on my ILR application?

The benefit was obtained in the past, not in present.

It's not a Public Fund.

Single person council tax discount is not a public fund / benefit.
