Visa application in Kolkata

Hi friends
My wife will be applying for dependant Tier 1 visa from VFS Kolkata soon.
Am wondering, in the cover letter should she address to
British Deputy High Commission Kolkata

or

British High Commission New Delhi

From the vfs site http://www.vfs-uk-in.com/ it has mentions all over for BHC sin delhi, mumbai and chennai - though there is a vfs office in kolkata as well.

Can someone who has applied from kolkata kindly confirm?

Hey... when I applied for my wife's tier 1 dependent, I just wrote,

To,
The Assessing Officer,
UK Border Agency.

That's it..!!!
