HSMP Extension

Hi,

I am nearing the completion of my 1st year of HSMP. I have had a job only since past 4months (permanent one). before that it was just a 3months contract but with now job offer letter and no pay slips. My wife has a job since more than a year but since it was a contract job we had to form a company. Now should i show that companys details and my wife's salary as well as mine. I have started my present job in feb and will be applying in june 1st week which enables me to have 4 months salary slips. so what all documents should I put with my application.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I think 4 month's payslip is quite fine, I only had two when I applied for my extension. You could also provide the details of the company.
