Problem with document list -applying Unmarried Partner visa

Hi

My lawyer said when showing the proof as living together , a tenancy agreement is not a strong proof as she said there can be several people staying in the same location.

What she said was to have a joint bank account for 2 years and thats the best proof. Also Letter from GP, both names in Utility bills etc.

I thought it was enough to show separate documents for the same address, a tenancy with both our names, joint account (we have 2 joint accnt but they are abt 1-2 old)

That means unless i get the docs i was told by the lawyer, i will certainly get rejected by the home office?? please do help me

Does unmarried partner visa comes under Tier 4? Since when?
