Post by surajban » Wed Dec 01, 2010 11:06 am

Hi All,

I am going to apply for ILR in MAY 2011, I come under HSMP JR (extention of stay), As the new rules from april 2011 for ILR need salary criteria, So i would like to know do i have to meet this criteria.
I request all to put their finding.

I would like some info on this as well please, can't seem to think that it would affect JR covered applicants though as it still says on UKBA that for settlement they would consider the app on basis of JR policy document.
Even if they apply the new rules, there was no salary criteria needed for last extension for those people either.

would really help if someone give more assuring answer as i am in the same boat with ilr due in nov 2011

No one knows how rules will change by then. You have no option except to wait and watch.
Best Regards

Details, more than what has been announced till date, will be known when UKBA makes further announcement(s) in the regard.

Wait until then and keep an eye on UKBA website.
