when is the best time to send application december or nxt yr

I am going to apply for my naturalisation and i want to know if i should send it in december or wait for the new year instead?

Another question do the two referee need to sign each photo?

you best bet is do it now... because they are in good mood and prob will do your application quick...if not, you receive it after new year prob..

Aren't you confusing 2 things? BC app with passport app?
There is nothing in the guide (and AN form) about signing the photo - it must be either clipped or stapled, that's all.
Photo needs to be signed when applying for passport.
