PSW visa ending time line

my sister is going to get her MBA degree in mid of January 2011.
so she was worried about her PSW visa after completing her degree.
as there was many news we were listening that PSW visa is going to be ended soon and now new govt is clearly going to be end PSW visa as they launch a consulation.
could anybody have some news (you can give your opinion) that when the new rules will be implemented?

Most probably the following is going to be terminated by UKBA in Jan'11 law draft and it will be implemented from 1st of Feb or March:

1.) Tier-4 Extensions:

No more Tier-4 Visa extension for students, if you want to do another course, go to your home country and re-apply for new course.

2.) Tier-1 PSW

This route will be perminently deleted. If you want to work after studies arrange work permit or switch to Highly Skilled visa before your student visa expired.

So, if you want to go for PSW, make everything ready and apply before 31st of Jan'11. Otherwise pack your bags!

Please comment on this:

Probably most surprising of all would be the requirement for a student to leave the UK and apply for another visa once a course is finished if they wish to further their studies. Moreover, it will be more difficult to bring family members with you under the proposed rule changes.

That means we even for PSW we cannot apply in country or do we have to go back home countrry apply from there ?????????

This para is about Tier 4 (Student). i.e No more in country extensions and family members restrictions.

PSW is going to be finished (99% chance) no in-country / out-country provisions. It will be deleted from Immigration Laws.
