3-rd extension Tier 1

Hi there,
please help me with the question.
I obtained HSMP in 2007, extended in 2009 with old HSMP rules.

I might need one more extension, so when I extend it 3-rd time
what rules applies to my 3-rd extension, it is initial HSMP rules
or Tier-1 rules from 2009 ?

Apparently it's your 2nd extention, not 3rd. It's best to confirm it by calling UKBA but most likely extention rules at the time of your initial grant of leave will be applied.
