T1 general dependent application form for outside UK

Can anyone point me to the application form for Tier 1 General Dependent application for applying from outside of the UK? I'm looking for the new one which is changed after 14 dec 2010.

The only ones I can find are the applying for inside the country.

Why do you think it has changed? Use one available on UKVisas website.

As per the thread below, forms have been changed from 14th, havent they? Or am I missing something?

If you read the thread carefully, one of the responses therein mentions it clearly that the change is applicable for in-country applicants only.

The forms for entry clearance are the ones available on the UK Visa services (UKVisas) website, not the ones on UKBA website.
