extending my leave to remain ( 2yrs )

Post by nattakan » Wed Dec 15, 2010 8:32 pm

Hi everyone I am new in this thread ,just wondering if I could extend my 2years leave to remain without applying for the ILR ??? I am now with the spouse/partner visa, and We do not intend to stay here and apply for ILR which will expire next year in may.We don't intend to live here but have to stay longer than we intended . I couldn't find any information about this anywhere..we're plan to moving back to THAILAND in 1 year or 2 so I don't want to waste the money for the sake of the ILR which I'll never use when I'm back in THAILAND.
Many Thanks

I think that it's your choice as to what application you make.

However, what if you change your mind?
