first time FLR(M)

Hello All.

1. First time FLR(m) application, will they accept not having enough english knowledge. Just has passed pre english course and intends to do next leve1 course entry level 1.

my spouse hasnt applied for FLR(M) before. I was wondering will they give her leave to remain the first time.

I was going to write this in 5.6 exceptional compassionate circumstances. or can i write it any where else.
