PAST EARNING CALCULATION: Pro-rata for a gap of 8 days and b

I have 11 months contract with WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION(UN), Geneva which will end in first week of June 2006.
And as per the UN rules, I cannot work for 12 months in a year in a short-term contract.
I have to take 1 month break for the next contract.

Prior to joining to WHO, Geneva, I have worked for more than 4, years in country band D (India) upto 30, june 2005.

So if I apply as soon as my contract ends (June 2006) then

My last 12 months earning (9 June 2005 to 8 June 2006)
1. 22 days worked in Country band D(India) (9th June 2005 to 30 june 2005)
1. 8 days break (1st July to 8th July, as I had to packup things in India to relocate to switzerland)
2. 11 months in country band A (from 9th July, 2005 to 8th June, 2006)

1. Would my Past Earning be calculated on pro-rata basis taking 11 months consideration and neglection 8 days break.

2. I have around 23 balance paid leaves, which will paid to me as money. Can this be used as my Income in 12 months calculation.
