Tier1 Dependent Appeal

Hi,

I am on tier1 visa and applied dependent visa to my wife, as a proof of fund I submitted barclays statement, but the statement was on plane white paper, so the visa was rejected as it was not authenticated, can I appeal now and send the same bank statement with barclays authentication...? if so, what will be the processing time...? I was applied outside UK (Chennai India).
