Solicitors fees

Does any one know how much the solicitor's charge for the same day service for tier 1 in country application. I know it depends but what should be the logical fees. And also I would like to know is there any way the solicitor can influence the UKBA case worker in the same day service or they just carry the file to UKBA office for a decision. Please share your views.

I mean is there any thing the solicitor can clarify to the caseworker? or they just submit the documents and wait for a decision. Thanks.
