hi im just wondering if i,can apply for ilr 10 years application next year. im holdin resident permit i,was married to eeu im divorced i,ve got 9 years in this country and also i,was asylum since when i,get in this country till i,granted for resident permit when i,married. and with this resident permit i,can go for trip and come back even if i,m divorced??? thanks to evry one best regard

Could you please set out your UK immigration history in greater detail, with dates. It is difficult to determine from what you post whether you have been "legal" in the UK for 10 years.

thanks mate. well in 1997 i,come to the uk i applyed for asylum seeker in port . i,get temporary admisson till 2002 they extended may saty year after till 2002 as i,said. then i,married with eeu national in mid of 2002 my application been granted for resident permit 5 years from 2003 i,get divorced with my wife this year so i,m still living legal or not? if its yes canay apply for 10 ilr nxt year also can go for trip and come with my resident permit still have 2 years for expire. any idea mate
