Accomodation NOC letter format

Hi,

I am applying for my Wife Tier-1 dependent visa. I will be staying with my cousine sister and she is UK citizen.

What document I would require for accomodation proof in this case.
Pls let me know what needs to be put in NOC letter from my cousine sister.
