hi guys I want to apply for TR1 visa.My friends said me that they are going to close TR1 visas to UK from APRIL-2011.So if i start the process now is it possible for me to apply?

If you intend to apply from outside UK, the scheme is closed now unless you fall in the exceptional talent category. However if you are in UK and eligible to switch in Tier-1 (not TR1) then there is no problem.
