ILE Documents and application form?

HI ALL,

I am expecting ILR soon with my wife.
I want to apply ILE to my kids then after so i want to know the documents needed and application form and maintanace funds etc...

Can someone please point me to the right place, i searched in but didnt find much so please help me.

There's no ILE form, but only settlement visa form. If child(ren) are eligible, their visa should have ILE endorsement.

I was looking into few threads related to child settlement and got confuse so please help me in this:

My situation:

I am on tier 1 gen now, going to apply for ILR with wife (who is on tier 1 dep) in may 2011. I got the baby who born on Jan 07 2011 in india.

If we got the ILR in may 2011 then apply for child settlement visa can I apply for citizenshipfor the child when she arrived in UK, before i get the citizenship or do i have to wait until i get the citizenship.

If child needs to travel to UK before you apply for / are granted settlement, then apply for entry clearance as dependant of Tier 1 migrant.

If child needs to travel to UK after you are granted settlement, then, after you are granted settlement, apply for entry clearance as child of settled person.

Child born outside the UK may apply for registration as British citizen under section 3(1) .. subject to discretion (3(1)) ... and the application can be made no earlier than when a parent is applying for Naturalisation.
