Hi,

Can someone plz help me in this.
I am expecting ILR in may 2011 but my wife in india expecting baby
she got Tier 1 dep till may 2011.
If i get ILR in may 2011 can i apply for ILE in june 2011 to my kids and wife (tier 1 dep will be expired by this time).

Neither your wife nor your child will be eligible for ILE.
