Pro-rata calculation for gap of 8 days

My last 12 months earning (May 2005 to April 2006):
1. 2 months in Country band D.

2. 7 days break (As I had packup things in India to relocate to switzerland)

3. 9 monts 23 days in country band A

Can someone please answer.

Guide lines says:
If an applicant has worked for less than 12 months in the 12 month period before the application then their earnings cannot be calculated on a pro rata basis. For example where an applicant has only worked for three months out of the whole 12 month period before the application a caseworker cannot pro rata that figure to use as potential
earnings.

Would my Past Earnings be calculated on pro-rata basis.

I would expect they will pro-rata your earnings (in Switzerland), its not like you've had months off lying on the beach. If you ring 0114 207 4074 they will be able to say for definite.
