My reference number on the acknowledgment letter start with 'NFEXXXXXXXX'

Although I don't know what you wanna achieve but I think its worth getting to dig deep into HO's 'mind' from here, isn't it?

Yes, I believe it will be a success...by God's grace...as I did cover all the requirements for approval...I am just playing along with you here...since you wanna know if there were others with different references..or do you think reference numbers determine approval? .... LOL!

Being cheeky more likely, i dont think the reference number has anything to do with approval or refusal. I was just wondering bcus i have seen here where ppl get CT, so i decide to ask but now i know why you got a different number now.

No need to panic!!! CT was mention in the timeline for naturalisation CT is caseworker team or case team either way its when your application is with a caseworker, this is what i read so far!

I believe any other number would be because your case has not been allocated to a caseworker at the time...

@BJ21 what was your reference number on your knowledgement letter?

I quite disagree with you on this one...I called HO just few days after I received my acknow letter and they confirmed that it was already allocated to a caseworker and that If i did not receive HO notification of the decision before the end of the year, I should look toward early or towards the end of Jan 2011..that the delay might be as a result of the yuletide period in December.

How can they now change ref numbers between receiving application and assigning to a case worker? Surely, it does not look right to me administratively...Hummm...
