Happy New Year to everyone.
I have couple of queries. I'm on Tier1 General Visa and my wife has got Tier1 dependent visa. Our visas are valid until 05-Nov-2011. My wife stayed in UK and went to India for delivery in Jan 2009. Due to her health conditions she is still in India. I have couple fo queries.
1) I would need to apply for my son's dependent visa in Chennai, India in the month of Jan 2011. This means, my visa has 9 more months validity. I have enough maintenance funds and all the other requirements for a dependent visa. I believe, as my visa is jus left with 9 more months, still it shouldn't be a constraint for my son's visa application?. Please clarify/confirm.
2) Since my wife visa is expiring on 05 Nov 2011, my worry is, her visa will have only 5 more months left to expiry during her travel in the month on May 2011. Will there be any contraints or issues for her travel in the month on May 2011 ? Please clarify/confirm.
