Settlement Visa for Mum problem

Post by Madagascar » Mon Jan 03, 2011 9:06 pm

I am a Colombian woman married to a British man and have just received British citizenship. After researching the Home Office website in regards to bringing my retired Columbian Mum 69 years of age who lives alone in a flat i own(which we wish to sell) over to the UK to live on a permanent basis with us and it appears i do not qualify to bring her as she is not a widow and she was never married. Can anyone give us some help please?
