Dependant Visa and general query

I know many of these question answered many times but I am confused after diffrent opinion in the threads on this topic.
I got TIER-1 in 30-SEP-2010 and I came the same day in UK. I got job in OCT. I have now maintained 6000 pound in India for past 2 months. I do have 5000 pound in UK also for past 1 Month. I am planning to have my wife in UK so need information on Dependant visa:

1. I lived >3 Month in UK how much money do I need for dependent. I heard it should be 800+ 1600 some says it should be 2800+ 1600 (if you are less than 6 months in UK)
2. Can I show Indian Account after coming to UK for dependant.
3. Dependnat need to pass any english test for temporary worker like me on TIER-1
4) all the bank account are on my name and there is no joint bill etc with us as we recently married. Though I provide detail in my TIER-1 application and NI application about my spouse. Does she need to have passport updated with my name?
5. The complete document required are
a) Marriage Certificate
b) Balance certificate showing mentinance fund for last 3 months
c) My offer latter and salary slips
d) VAF10 form filled
e) Passports
f) Rent agreement in UK
g) Marriage pics

Should I need to provide something jointly documents?
I have DL of both on same address with my name on my wife's DL . Will it be ok?

can someone please help me to find out these details as I confused with lots of different opinions.

1. It doesn't matter because you have more than enough for either case. Just make sure it's maintained for 3 months and you'll be fine.
2. Yes as long as it complies with all the requirements by UKBA.
3. No.
4. Bank statement can be in either your or your wife's names - as long as one of you are mentioned in there, you are fine. In terms of proving that it's not a bogus marriage, you might want to supply them with a little more detail proving that it's a real marriage.
5. See point 4. Eveyrthing looks fine, except that you might want to send more documents proving that you are married and have lived together for a while.

Let me clarify again .

I can show 3400 pound for past 3 month immidiately in HDFC so if it is 800+1600 I am good but if it is 2800+ 1600 then I must have to wait for 1 more month as then only I can claim 6000 pound for 3 month as I later increase 3400 to 6000 pound 2 month back.

For UK account, I can't show as it is 1 month old and of no use excpet that I am working in UK.

for point 2: Thanks ! we can use Indian account after coming and working in UK.

for point 3: Again Thanks for clarification ! that there is no exam required for spouse to pass if he/she is going to join temporary workers not the british citizen.

for point 5: I too feel my case is easy except the point as you mentioned:
which thing I can provide which will indicate that it is not bogus one. I have nothing in joint name except Marriage certiifcate. I am worried about it. What things except marrige pic I can provide. How I can show that I lived together (as we lived for 3 months) , actually everything on my name and nothing (not single document) having my wife's name.
