Can I travel after April 6 2011, even if we have Tier 1 Visa

Hi,
Thanks for all co-operation, this Forum has everything I need. I got my Tier 1 General today which is valid from 28/03/2011. My Plan is to go to UK after APRIL. Could anyone in this forum tell me if I travel after april 6 given that the visa is no longer valid for further visits? If yes, till how many days can I extend my start of Journey.

you already have a visa, you can travel anytime within the period of validity of the visa until expiry. After 6 April they just wont be issuing NEW Tier 1 general visa`s anymore..
