90days absent exemption

Post by bpandrate » Wed Jan 05, 2011 9:29 pm

Dear All
Could any one tell me about 90 days absent procedure,as i don't find any similar answer here.

I got my PR in February last year while I was on a dependant visa, and now I will be eligible for applying for naturalisation by June 17 Th this year(by than i will have finished 5yr staying in U.K).

As I gave birth to my child recently ,am planing to visit my home country for 3months,however i may be in situation where i will have to stay more than 90days (plus 10-15 days).

Is this meaning i wont be eligible to apply for my naturalisation in this year? or Is there any exemption for me for being a new mom for my child.

Could any shed some light on this, would be appreciated

THANK YOU ALL Once again

I was told by one of the NCS member ,that one can be out of the country up to 108 days in the last year. Any comments on this please?
